  I have only been in this place three times, but each time the staff was extremely rude, unhelpful, very put out by simple requests like, "What hours can I pick my mail up?" (Without looking up at me, the worker barked, "It's on the door".....Yea with a literal wallpaper of other notices....so I guess I'll stand here and read the whole because this guy can't be bothered to point to the hours for me. The last time I went in, I had a large letter to mail. It was 1/8 of an inch too wide for their mail slot so I went to window to give them the envelope. I was told to walk to the post office. Give me a break!!!!!! Not only is the service attrocious, but the place is messy, run-down, extremely disorganized, the employees do not speak elementary-level English. They have mail sitting around on the floor. They leave boxes everywhere. Sometimes you can hardly walk around because there is so much junk evrrywhere. There are 2 parking spots for several hundred mailboxes....yea, that works. DO NOT RENT A MAILBOX FROM THIS PLACE!!!! There is a place next door in a trailer that is much friendlier (they took my large envelope so I didn't have to walk to the post office...with a 3 year old in 45 degree, windy weather).
